I just happened to view your website while browsing. Years ago my family lived just down the street from William Jewel, later moving to four other locations before leaving Liberty. We knew Gene Allen when he was a student at MSM, so it was good to read some news about him.

When you see Gene you may tell him I graduated from University of Arizona in 1979, divorced, worked for 10.5 years at UA in Aero-Mech Engineering Dept., continue maintaining my piano studio in Tucson. Gene will remember my daughter, Richelle, who is an organist living in Basel, Switzerland. She plans to be here in early Sept. so we can travel to Colorado to relive some of our past there for a few days. We've met for many years at various music events around the world, so it will be good to have her here if only for a short time. We sometimes think about traveling to Liberty, but I only made one trip back many years ago. No doubt Liberty is still a lovely place to live except for the winters.

Adios!

It has been very interesting to have a Google Alert for Blogs on "Kansas Flint Hills!"
Yours came up today!
We have a 22 county Flint Hills Tourism Coalition promoting visits to the Kansas Flint Hills – this is the website: http://www.kansasflinthills.travel/
Our web site is to promote the Kansas Flint Hills; and we were so happy to be in the 22 page color photo spread in National Geographic's April Issue on the Kansas Flint Hills, as a distinctive landscape.

We would appreciate a link from your site, to ours, if you are willing to do so. THANKS!
Best wishes!
